一、，我们分析一下为什么要分透水砖的面层和底料层。透水砖主要的用途是市外道路上的铺装，在透水砖产品没有铺装完成前，我们能看到产品的整个构成，我们知道产品的完整构成，但是铺装完成后，我们走在透水砖产品上时，我们只会看到透水砖产品的上面的面料层，所以，底层构成了透水砖产品的结构，而面层老师产品的真正的外观。所以在制作产品时，底料产品在选材时只要满足产品的基本物理性能，如强度、透水性、抗冻融性能即可；但是面层在满足底料的所有功能外，还需要满足产品的耐磨性能、美观性能，所以在面层的选料时要远比底料严格，造成的成本也要远大于底料成本。

二、面层的构成：透水砖产品不管是混凝土透水砖、PC仿石透水砖、还是陶瓷陶瓷透水砖，面层的构成都分骨料、粘结剂、颜料三部分。骨料是决定面层外观的的基础。我们在选择透水砖产品时，会考虑精细面、透水彺能、耐磨性能，这此都是由骨料的构成有关。
